Welcome to Wedding Pulse. These terms explain how you may use the service and what we need from you to keep it safe and reliable.
1. Use of the service
When you create an account, you agree to use Wedding Pulse lawfully, respect other people's data, and avoid any misuse of the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the content you add, including wedding details, photos, guest information and vendor details. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide Wedding Pulse.
3. Your wedding on venue and vendor pages
If your wedding is linked to a venue or vendor, it may be displayed on that partner's public profile so future couples can see real weddings connected to that venue or vendor. Private and unlisted weddings appear only as a limited preview with basic details, and the wedding page stays closed. If your wedding is public, its page is available from the partner profile and may display the photos, reviews and details you choose to share. You can change visibility at any time in your dashboard.
4. Ratings and reviews
Guest ratings and reviews may be kept in anonymized, aggregated form to support our public venue and vendor directory. We do not identify individual guests in that process.
5. Payments
Paid services, such as printed memory books, are handled through secure third-party payment providers. We show prices and shipping terms before you confirm an order.
6. Liability
Wedding Pulse is provided "as is" and without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the service.
7. Listings and partners
If you manage a venue or vendor listing, including through a self-service edit link, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that partner and that the information you publish is accurate, lawful and kept up to date. The edit link is personal to the authorized manager and must not be shared, forwarded, sold or used by anyone else. You allow us to display, format and moderate the listing content, and we may edit, suspend or remove a listing at our discretion. We may also restrict, suspend or permanently revoke access to a self-service edit link at any time, without notice or liability, including if we suspect misuse, link sharing, automated or excessive use, inaccurate or unlawful content, or a breach of these terms. To protect the service and detect misuse, we may record access to edit links, including IP address, device and browser information, and timestamps. Listings and inquiries are provided for convenience. Wedding Pulse is not a party to any agreement, booking, payment, service or dispute between couples and partners. You are responsible for the content you submit and for your use of the link, and you agree to indemnify and hold Wedding Pulse harmless from claims, losses or liabilities arising from that content or use.
8. Your account
You can stop using Wedding Pulse at any time. Couples can update certain wedding details from their dashboard. For full data export or account deletion, contact us through the contact form. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, break the law, or misuse the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue using the service after the updated terms are posted, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and the European Union. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
