Welcome to Wedding Pulse. By using our service you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the service
By creating an account you agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it or other users' data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the content you add (wedding details, photos, guest and vendor information). You grant us the right to store and display that content as needed to provide the service.
3. Ratings and reviews
Ratings and reviews left by guests may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form to power our public vendor and venue directory. Individual guests are not identified in the process.
4. Payments
Paid services (such as ordering a memory book) are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Prices and shipping terms are shown before you confirm an order.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Listings and partners
If you manage a venue or vendor listing — including through a self-service edit link sent to you — you confirm that you are authorized to represent that business and that the information you publish is accurate, lawful and kept up to date. You grant us the right to display, format and moderate that content, and we may edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion. Listings and the inquiries they generate are offered for convenience only: Wedding Pulse is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility for, any agreement, booking, payment, service or dispute between couples and providers.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
